As psychotherapists we are noticing through our practice heightened levels of anxiety in children and young people. Alongside this we recognise the challenge that parents/guardians have in meeting their children's emotional health needs. This workshop provides a creative exploration of anxiety, developing an understanding of what it is and how to support it.
